抗冲刷磨蚀混凝土的耐磨损试验研究

ANTI-ABRASION TEST OF EROSION AND DENUDATION RESISTANT CONCRETE

  • 摘要: 该文首先进行了不同品种的纤维混凝土抗冲刷磨蚀试验,然后利用抗冲磨试件又进行了路面混凝土耐磨损试验,分析探讨了纤维混凝土的冲刷磨蚀和冲击磨损机理。试验表明:刚性纤维混凝土的抗冲刷磨蚀能力强,玄武岩纤维混凝土抗冲击磨损能力最佳,聚丙烯纤维混凝土既抗冲刷磨蚀又抗冲击磨损作用,可用于防止水冲刷破坏高速公路及兼顾交通道桥水工混凝土工程中。

     

    Abstract: Erosion and denudation tests of different fiber concretes were conducted, then, impact and abrasion tests of pavement concrete using anti-eroding testing devices were carried out. Through analysis, erosion and abrasion mechanisms of fiber concrete were studied. The results show that rigid-rod fiber concrete possesses a strong anti-eroding & denudation ability; basalt fiber concrete possesses the highest ability of anti-impact & abrasion; while polypropylene fiber concrete possesses both anti-eroding & denudation and anti-impact & abrasion properties, which can be applied to protecting highways from erosion of water disasters and used in hydraulic concrete project of building traffic pavement bridges.
