西藏高原采用“充气支模”施工金属油罐的钢筋混凝土扁球壳顶获得成功

A Achievement in Constructing Shell of Flat Round of Reinforced Concrete with “Sppat of Gas”of Metallic Oil Tank on the Tibetan Plateau

  • 摘要: 对已制作完毕的立式钢质油罐进行密闭充气加压,并利用钢罐球顶为模,浇注钢筋混凝土薄壳护顶。经在西藏高原上六座5000m3油罐的施工实践证明,即使是在极不利条件下也是一个行之有效的先进施工方法,具有明显的经济效益。文中还从力学稳定性分析了油缸在充气支模施工中的可靠性,结论是肯定的。

     

    Abstract: To fill in pressed air into the stand steel oil tank also to use shell of steel tanker as a model for eonstruct shell of reinforced concrete was proved by the the construction of six 5000m3 on the Tibetan Plateau.Eevn under the less favourable condition.It is an effective simple way.It has remarkable pra- etical use and economic benefit.In the article the reliability use analyzed and the result was certain.It can be widely used.
