ANALYSIS FOR BENDING STRESS IN WEB OF CRANE GIRDER SUBJECTED TO CONCENTRATED TORQUE

  • 摘要: 工字形钢吊车染在集中扭矩作用下的腹板弯曲应力是一个影响腹板强度的重要因素。轨道及横问加劲肋的抗弯刚度等因素对这一应力有很大影响1,2,3,这些因素在以住的计算方法中未予考虑。本文考虑了这些因素,用谐分析探讨了这一应力的计算方法,并导出了简化实用计算公式。计算结果与已知的多根梁的试验结果作了比较。

     

    Abstract: Bending stress in the web of a steel crane girder subjected to a concentrated torue is an important factor influencing the strength of the web. It was shown that 1,2,3 the flexural rigidities of the rail and the transverse stiffeners, which have not been accounted for in the previous analyses, can give a considerable effect on this stress, Considering these factors, this paper studies the calculation method of this stress by the harmonic analysis and dirives a simplified formula for engineering design. The calculated results are compared with the knowm expenmental results of numerous tested beams.
