冷拔低碳钢丝混凝土双向板的试验研究

EXPERIMENTS AND INVESTIGATION OF TWO-WAY CONC-RETE SLABS REINF ORRCED WITH COLD-DRAWN LOW-CARBON STEEL WIRES

  • 摘要: 本文报导了39块钢筋混凝土简支方板在短期荷载作用下的试验结果与分析。试件以配置无明显流幅的冷拔低碳钢丝绑扎网为主,辅以软钢配筋的试件作为比较。试验结果表明:冷拔低碳钢丝混凝土双向板可以偏于安全的用塑性较线方法进行强度设计,其使用性能和延性指标也能满足常规设计要求。根据试验结果,本文对简支板的薄膜效应进行了讨论,并提出了混凝土双向板中钢丝设计强度的取值建议,供规范修订和设计人员参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the results of experiments and analysis of thirty nine square R. C. slabs under short-term loading.The slabs are simply suppo-rted at all sides and reinforced with the cold-drawn low-carbon steel wires which are tied to the networks.For compavison of the behavior,six of the slabs are reinforced with soft-steel wires.The resurts show that a two-way cocnerete slab reinforced with cold-drawn wires can be safely designed by the yield-line method for the ultimate strength.And the serviceability of the slabs can also be satisfiend with the common design requiremens.Based on the experimentr,shis paper discuss the effect of membrane of the simply supprted slabs,and suggests a value of the design strength of cold-drawn low-carbon steel wires in two-way concrete slabs as a referegce for the version of the code and the designers.
