摘要: 本文依据弹塑性变形相关律,提出了一种新的强度理论,该理论和实验结果吻合良好。

Abstract: Based on the relatie law of elastie and plastie deformation in this paper,a new strength theory is presented.There is a satisfactory coinci-dence between the theory and experiment results.
