自由层阻尼复合板减振特性的理论与实验研究

THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF THE VIBRATION CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DAMPED PLATE COMPOSED OF AN ELASTIC METAL LAYER AND AN UNCONSTRAINED VISCOELASTIC LAYER

  • 摘要: 本文研究了自由层阻尼复合板的减振特性,导出了自由层阻尼复合板的抗弯刚度及基本模态损耗因子的计算公式以及振动方程,计算出四边简支单层金属板和自由层阻尼复合板的前几阶固有频率、基本模态损耗因子及受迫振动时中点动挠度,绘出了振动系统前几阶模态振型图。理论值与实验测试结果基本吻合。高速运行器的大功率动力装置构成结构的宽带随机振动源,激起结构的许多共振峰。为减小结构振动噪声和应力水平,需抑制各共振峰。由于宽带随机振动有丰富的频率,一般减振装置不能有效抑制,需采用粘弹性阻尼材料减振。自由阻尼层结构是将结构阻尼大的粘弹性材料粘帖或涂复在结构上如图1,它无需改变原结构且操作工艺简单,因而有重要应用价值。

The formulas of flesual stiffness,loss factor and the differential equation of vibration wore derived The natural frequences, fundamental loss factor and the deflection of the Centre of the plates of all edges simply supported have been Calculated. The figures of modal shapes were presented. Experimental measurements have been done. The experimental and theoretical results are compared, they are identical basically.
