STRUCTURAL MECHANICS OF LATTICE GRIDS REINFORCED BY CARBON FIBERS

  • 摘要: 为了得到轻质高强点阵材料和预测点阵材料的力学性能,应用嵌锁工艺设计和制备了混合三角格栅。根据连续介质力学方法预测拉伸主导型点阵格栅的等效刚度。对试件进行了面内压缩试验和三点弯曲试验,对比试验刚度和试件破坏模式说明了等效连续介质理论模型的可行性和点阵材料的优越性。

     

    Abstract: To obtain the mechanical properties of a lattice material with large specific stiffness and specific strength, interlocked method was introduced to design and manufacture mixed triangular lattice grids. The effective stiffness of the stretching dominated lattice structures were analyzed by continuum method combined with finite element method. The compression and three-point-bending properties of the grids were achieved by experiments. The predicted stiffness was very close to the tested values and the validity of the continuum method was proved. The superiority of the grids in mechanical behaviors was illustrated by the tests.
