PARAMETRIC INTEGRATION TO SOLVE COLD ROLLING RECTANGULAR THICK WORKPIECE WITH GROOVED ROLLS

  • 摘要: 建立了型辊轧制厚件的直角坐标系速度场与应变速率场,经变上限积分与参变量积分得到上界功率、轧制压力与扭矩的解析解,将本文公式计算给果与实测结果进行了比较。

     

    Abstract: The velocity and strain rate fields have been established in rectangular coordinales for rolling thick workpiece with grooved rolls. The corresponding formulas of upper bound power, roll pressure and torque are deduced. The results calculated by above formulas arc comparedwith the measured ones.
