高温多轴非比例加载下缺口试样的疲劳寿命预测

FATIGUE LIFE PREDICTION FOR NOTCHED SPECIMENS UNDER MULTIAXIAL NON-PROPORTIONAL LOADING AT HIGH TEMPERATURE

  • 摘要: 对航空发动机涡轮盘材料GH4169合金缺口试件在650℃下进行了拉扭低循环疲劳试验,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算试样在比例和非比例加载条件下缺口处的应力-应变场,找到了试样疲劳断裂的危险点,结合临界平面法,提出了一个新的多轴疲劳损伤参量,并建立了相应寿命预测模型。将试验寿命与预测寿命进行对比,结果表明:该文所建立的寿命预测模型具有较好的预测能力。

     

    Abstract: The axial-torsional fatigue experimentation at 650℃ was carried out on notched specimens made of GH4169 super alloy, which is used for turbine of aeroengine. The stress-strain fields around the notch under both proportional and non-proportional loadings were analyzed by means of ANSYS software, and the fracture-prone points on the specimens were given. A new multiaxial damage parameter was proposed and the corresponding fatigue life prediction model was set up by the use of critical plane method. The results confirm the validity of the model given in this study by comparing the predicted fatigue life with the experimental life.
