INFLUENCES OF OSMOSIS ON THE MECHANICAL BEHAVIOR OF PLANT CELL

  • 摘要: 在建立植物细胞力学模型的基础上,利用膜理论推导出细胞在压缩载荷作用下的平衡方程,通过数值仿真的方法得到细胞的力学响应,分析了细胞壁的渗透作用对细胞力学响应的影响。研究表明:细胞液的渗出将产生松弛现象,外力、细胞壁主张力、细胞内压及细胞体积随着渗出时间的延长均减小。

     

    Abstract: The mechanical model for a plant cell was built. The equilibrium equations of the model were determined by membrane theory. The mechanical responses were obtained by numerical simulation. The effects of osmosis properties of the cell wall on the mechanical response of the cell were discussed. The results show that the external force, principal tension of the cell wall, turgor and volume of the cell all decrease with increasing of the osmotic time. The stress relaxation occurs due to the migration of cell fluids out of the cell.
