基于绝热温升试验的早龄期混凝土温度场的计算

CALCULATION OF TEMPERATURE FIELDS IN EARLY AGE CONCRETE BASED ON ADIABATIC TEST

  • 摘要: 采用有限差分方法,建立了基于混凝土绝热温升试验的早龄期混凝土温度场计算模型。模型中,温度对水泥水化及其放热量的影响通过等效龄期法进行了修正。同时,采用数字式温湿度传感器实验测定了强度等级C40、C80混凝土板一维传热条件下的早龄期温度发展数据。模型计算结果与实验测定结果对比表明,二者吻合良好。模型可用于早龄期混凝土结构温度场的计算。

     

    Abstract: A finite difference model for predicting temperature fields in early age concrete is presented based on adiabatic test on concrete. In this model, the effect of temperature on cement hydration and heat generation are considered by using the concept of equivalent age. To verify the model, the temperature within three typical locations in two types of concrete, C40 and C80,were measured experimentally. The model predictions are found to be in good consistence with the test results on the development of temperature with concrete age at different locations in concrete. The developed model could be used in temperature field calculations of early age concrete structures.
