带屈服平台金属材料的失效评定曲线及延性断裂评定

THE FAILURE ASSESSMENT CURVE AND DUCTILE FRACTURE ASSESSMENT OF METAL MATERIALS WITH YIELDING PLATEAU

  • 摘要: 针对带屈服平台金属材料,建立了分段Ramberg-Osgood关系及相应的失效评定曲线。它以分段计算的J积分及表达式Kr=(Je/J)1/2为基础,既能进行有限扩展量的断裂评定,也能进行裂纹构形的撕裂失稳评定,并具有足够的精度。所建立的失效评定图,对于提高带屈服平台材料结构的延性断裂评定结果的可靠性,提供了重要的保证。

     

    Abstract: For metal materials with yielding plateau, the authors established piece-wise Ramberg-Osgood Relation and corresponding Failure Assessment Curve. The new established curve is based on piece-wise computed J-integral and stable equilibrium expression Kr=(Je/J)1/2. It can be used to carry out the fracture assessments of finite extension amount and tearing instability with higher precision. The newly plotted Failure Assessment Curve lays the foundation for the improvement of reliability of fracture assessment of materials with yielding plateau.
