HEATING EFFECT OF SONOTRODE IN TRANSMISSION OF ULTRASONIC WAVES

  • 摘要: 分析了超声波在声导杆-熔体系统中的传递规律,测试了声导杆的温升。研究表明,声导杆的温升起因于其结构阻尼(内摩擦),并与声能密度以及声导杆和熔体间的特性阻抗比有关。

     

    Abstract: The transmission of ultrasonic waves in sonotrode-melt system is studied, and the temperature rise of sonotrode is detected. It is shown that the temperature rise results from the sonotrode's structure damping (internal friction), and is relevant to energy density of ultrasonic waves and to the characteristic impedance ratio between sonotrode and melt.
