机械平面结合部静特性的研究及其在机床CAD中的应用

RESEARCH ON THE STATIC BEHAVIOR OF MECHANICAL PLANE JOINTS AND ITS APPLICATION TO CAD OF MACHINE TOOLS

  • 摘要: 本文基于机械结合部的基础理论,建立了平面结合部的静力学模型及静变形数学模型,并确定了平面结合部的静刚度矩阵,为机床CAD中选择最佳设计方案,预断设计效果及寻求合理设计参数提供了理论依据。所开发的软件是机器整机特性分析及预测软件系统的基础模块。

     

    Abstract: A static model and a mathematical model of static deformations of plane joints are presented in this paper based on the fundamental theory of mechanical joints. The static stiffness matrix of plane joint is also determined, which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of optimal design scheme, the prediction of design effects and the seeking of sound design parameters in CAD of machine tools. The software developed by the authors can be employed as a basic program block for the analysis and forecast of the general characteristics of a machine.
