AN ENGINEERING ANALYTIC METHOD FOR THE STIFFENED TORISPHERICAL SHELL WITH OPENING

  • 摘要: 本文提出一种外压作用下开孔加筋碟形薄壳屈曲的近似分析方法──等价球壳方法。引入非球度影响系数反映环壳的影响,使用壳体当量膜厚度和当量弯曲厚度来描述筋条的影响,用名义应力和材料切线模量反映壳体进入塑性的程度。计算结果表明,本文所提方法具有较好的精度,可在一定范围内使用。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents an approximate analytic method for the stiffened torispherical shell with opening under uniform external pressure, that is, the equivalent spherical shell method. Non-spherical factor is defined to reflect the effect of the shell. Equivalent membrane thickness and equivalent bending thickness are used to describe the effect of the stiffeners, the nominal stress and tangent module of the material are used to express the degree of plasticity of the shell. The numerical results indicate that the method presented in the paper has better precision and can be used in engineering.
