STUDY ON VIBRATION DAMPING PROPERTIES OF PENDULUM-STRUCTURE SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 本文研究利用悬吊质量摆来减小结构地震反应的方法。文中导出了该种复合体系在地震动作用下的运动方程,利用实际地震记录进行了大量的数值计算,得出了一些对工程应用有参考价值的结果。研究表明,该种方法简便、经济、易于实施,在某些参数范围内控制效果非常显著。

     

    Abstract: The damping effect of pendulums attached to a structure on seismic response is studied in the paper. The equation of motion for the composite structure subjected to earthquake excitations is established. Many numerical analyses are conducted with reference to available seismic records and some valuable results are obtained. It is shown that the vibration damping method is simple, effective and easy to be implemented in practice.
