汽轮机带鳍状结构叶片组动力特性的有限元分析

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS FOR DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR OF GROUP OF STREAM TURBINE BLADE WITH FIN HEAVE

  • 摘要: 本文在对汽轮机叶片组进行动力分析时,针对结构旋转周期性的特点,采用复约束法有效地减缩了系统自由度;在考虑离心力对旋转结构动力特性的影响时,引入了非线性的几何关系,并用有限元的方法计算了结构的动频;对于带鳍状结构的叶片,本文给出了对叶片间特殊约束的处理方法,并计算了额定转速下叶片间约束对叶片扭转角及叶片组动频的影响。

     

    Abstract: This paper considers the steam turbine blade group as a rotationally periodic structure and the complex constraint has been induced. The effect of the centrifugal force to the dynamic frenquency has been considered by introducing large deflection equation. A method has been given to introduce the special constraint between the fin heaves of every blade during dynamic analysing.
