厚壁筒结构疲劳寿命的可靠性分析

PROBABILITY ANALYSIS OF THICK-WALLED CYLINDER FATIGUE LIFE

  • 摘要: 文本比较详细地推导了厚壁筒结构在给定可靠度、置信度下的疲劳寿命计算公式,并利用一种快速、高效、精确的多线数值积分方法编制了计算机程序,对不同的厚壁筒结构尺寸、材料常数及随机变量的不同分布类型(常见的十种),该程序均可方便地求出其在一定可靠度、置信度下的疲劳寿命值。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the formulas which are used to calculate the fatigue lives of thickwalled cylinder structures are derived for given reliability and credit levels. A computer program is developed by using a fast,efficient and precise multiple dimensional numerical integration method. It is convenient to obtain the value of fatigue life of a thick-walled cylinder structure with various sizes, material constants, various types of variable distribution (for ordinary ten types) and various given reliability and credit levels.
