高层建筑及其裙房结构整体设计抗震性能的动力分析

EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS ON HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS WITH SKIRT STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: 采用动力时程分析方法,选择合理的地震波,对高层建筑的主体与裙房整体化设计进行了抗震性能的计算分析。在此过程中,比较性地选择了三种结构体系形式,尤其是利用裙房下设置滑动支座基础的做法明显提高了其整体动力性能。为了提高结果的准确性,选用了有限元计算软件,并对计算结果进行比较分析,得出了明确而有推广价值的结论。即滑动支座结构体系有效地减少了底部总剪力和顶点位移,并且整体抗震力学性能显著改善,而无梁滑动支座体系又是综合效能最优的结构形式。

     

    Abstract: With reasonable seismic wave, the dynamic earthquake resistant behavior of high-rise buildings with skirt structures was analyzed in the time domain. Three kinds of structure systems were selected for comparison, focusing on the effect of slipping bases underneath skirt buildings for improving the overall dynamic behavior. In order to obtain precise conclusion, the software was used for the analysis. It is found that the system adopting slipping bases decreases the bottom shear and the building displacement effectively, and the system with slipping bases without base beams demonstrates the best performance.
