近海平台X和XX型管接头极限分析的圆环模型

RING MODEL FOR THE LIMIT ANALYSIS OF X AND XX TUBULAR JOINTS IN OFFSHORE PLATFORM

  • 摘要: 本文采用圆环模型研究近海平台广泛使用的X型和XX型管接头受轴压时的极限载荷计算。通过对现有实验数据和有限元计算结果的回归分析,求得圆环模型的有效宽度,进一步给出极限载荷的解析表达式。由本文公式求得的极限载荷和实验数据及有限元分析结果符合较好。

     

    Abstract: A ring model is used to study the limit load for X and XX tubular joints under axial compression. The effective width for the analogy ring is obtained by the regression of test data and FEM data. An analytic formula for the limit load is given and the predicted limit strength from the present method is close to the results of test and FEM.
