薄膜材料双轴拉伸试验

STUDY ON THE BIAXIAL TENSION TEST OF FABRIC MATERIAL

  • 摘要: 本文根据充气结构原理设计并完成了一套薄膜材料双轴拉伸试验装置,可对薄膜材料在不同应力比下进行双轴拉伸试验。在试验中引入了云纹干涉完成了大应变的量测。试验表明:薄膜材料在双轴受拉状态下的力学特征与单轴伸时是完全不同的。

     

    Abstract: Based on the principle of pneumatic structures,a test device for biaxial tension of fabric is designed.and biaxial tension test on different warp/weft stress ratios is carried out.Parameters of linearized constitutive relationship of the fabric are obtained.The experiment shows that the biaxial tension property of the fabric is different considerably from the axial tension property.
