复合材料横向剪切弹性模量的识别与层间剪切强度的实验研究

IDENTIFICATION OF TRANSVERSE SHEAR MODULUS AND AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF INTERLAMINAR SHEAR STRENGTH FOR COMPOSITE MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 本文提出一种测试复合材料横向剪切弹性模量的参数识别方法。该方法是将复合材料的横向剪切弹性模量视作横向剪应变的函数,由横向剪应变的测量值反演横向剪切弹性模量。剪应变与剪切弹性模量间的函数关系用有限单元法得到。文中给出了参数识别计算格式和一种玻璃布层压板的识别结果。同时,文中提出了用五点弯曲实验测试层间剪切强度的方法,给出了实验结果。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a method to identify transverse shear modulus for composite materials. The transverse shear modulus of the composite material is regarded as the function of transverse shear strain, thus the modulus is inVersely computed by the measured values of the strains. The relationship between strains and the modulus is obtained by the finite element method. The method to determine the interlaminar shear strength for composite material is also proposed by five-point bending test, and the experimental results are given.
