管材空拔成形过程的计算机仿真

NUMERICAL PREDICTION ON DRAWING TUBE WITHOUT PLUG

  • 摘要: 应用三维弹塑性大变形有限元法预报管材拔制成形,建立了三维拔制有限元模拟理论,给出了有关场变量分布。应用新的摩擦层理论,研究了非稳态和稳态变形,实现了工件成形过程的计算机动态图形显示。

     

    Abstract: Abstract In this paper,drawing tube without plug is predicted by means of 3-D elasticplastic finite element method,some theory models of 3-D finite element are established. The distributions of the field variations are given. The new friction layer theory is applied and nonsteady and steady deformation are studied.The movement figures of the workpiece forming processes are drawn on the computer LEO/486.
