NUMERICAL ANALYSIS ON THE MESH CONDITION OF THE CROWN GEAN COUPLING BASED ON THEORY OF ELASTIC CONJUGATE SURFACE

  • 摘要: 本文基于弹性共轭曲面啮合理论,在弹性并轭曲面的基础上,研究了共轭齿面鼓形齿税轴器啮合传动过程,并通过建立轮齿齿对的啮合条件,定量地分析了该传动件的啮合齿对数和重迭系数。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of elastic conjugate surface, the mesh transmission process of the conjugate surface crown gear coupling is analysed. By the contact condition contact teeth numbers and contact ratio of the crown gear coupling are calculated.
