汽轮机转子的蠕变矫直研究

A STUDY ON CREEP STRAIGHTENING OF A ROTOR OF STEAM TURBINE

  • 摘要: 对转子钢进行了短时高温蠕变实验,拟合出了直轴温度范围内的蠕变方程。利用样条函数配点法,编制了汽轮机转子的蠕变矫直分析软件,它可计算出转子在蠕变法矫直过程中的应力、应变及位移分布。数值结果表明:本文的分析方法是有效的,可对不同时刻的弯轴矫直量进行精确计算并求出矫直后转轴的残余应力,为任一弯曲形状的转子提供最佳的加温加载矫直方案。

     

    Abstract: The creep behavior of 30CrZMoV steel of rotor at high temperature was studied experimentally. Based on existing creep theory and the spline function collocation method, an algorithm was developed to calculate the transient creep strain and stress of a rotor of steam turbine to be straightened. The transient creep displacement, the residual bending value and the residual stress after unloading were also predicted by the software. The numerical results show that the present method is reasonable and helpful in providing guidelines on defining loading and heating scheme for the creep straightening of rotors.
