THE ANALYSIS OF AN ADAPTIVE SANDWICH BEAM WITH A1-5 TYPE PIEZOELECTRIC CORE

  • 摘要: 利用 1-5 型压电材料作为芯子的夹层梁是一种新型压电自适应结构,本文对此进行了有限元法分析和实验分析。利用正交各向异性材料的本构方程和压电材料的压电方程,推导出了这种压电自适应夹层梁的控制方程,压电材料的驱动效应被等效为力学载荷,从而简化了计算过程。算例 1 的分析结果与实验符合,算例 2 的分析结果也与文献6非常吻合。

     

    Abstract: The sandwich beam with a 1-5 type piezoelectric material core is a new type piezoelectric adaptive structure. In this paper, it is analyzed with finite element method and experimental method. On the basis of constitutive equation of orthotropic material and piezo-equation of piezoelectric material, the control equation for the piezoelectric adaptive sandwich beam is formulated. The actuating effect of piezoelectric material is converted into an equivalent mechanical load,resulting in a simplified computational process. It is shown in two examples that the numerical results based on the present finite element analysis are in good agreement with the experimental result and other available data.
