FEM NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF PROJECTILES STRIKING MULTILAYEP TRANSPARENT MATERIAL

  • 摘要: 本文采用三维非线性动力有限元程序 DYNA3D, 建立了弹丸冲击层合透明材料有限元分析模型,模拟了弹丸冲击层会透明材料动态过程,探讨了层会透明材料被冲击破坏的机理,根据分析结果讨论了提高叠层透明材料的抗冲击性能的设计思想,算例计算结果说明了有限元方法分析的有效性。

     

    Abstract: A three-dimensional finite element model of projectiles striking multilayer transparent mateial was developed based on 3-dimension nonlinear FEM codes DYNA3D. The dynamic process of projectiles striking multilayer transparent maerial was simulated. The failure mechanism of multilayer transparent material was discussed. According to the computational results, the design method of improving anti-shocking multilayer transparent material was presented. The results of an example show the validity of the present model.
