THE CRACK GROWTH STABILITY ANALYSIS METHOD FOR LBB ASSESSMENT TECHNOLOGY IN PRESSURE VESSELS AND PIPES

  • 摘要: 本文简要地回顾了破前漏(LBB)评估技术中裂纹扩展稳定性分析方法在国内外的研究和应用现状,指出了当前在LBB弹塑性断裂分析中的某些不足;作者在少量的有限元全塑性 J 积分数值解的基础上,构造和提供了完整的环向贯穿裂纹在复合加载下的全塑性J积分数值解;提出了复合加载下裂纹扩展稳定性分析技术;同时,对典型结构材料,建立了能反映结构的不同破坏机制且便于工程应用的 G-因子表;上述研究成果将对LBB评估技术在工程中的实际应用起到重要作用。

     

    Abstract: Based on limited available fully plastic FEM solutions of J integral, a comprehensive and unified numerical solution is proposed. Various crack configurations and combined loads are taken into account in the present plastic solution of J integral. A technique to perform crack growth stability analysis for combined tension and bending load series is also presented in the paper. The G-Factor table for typical structural materials is established, which characterizes different fracture modes in defective pipes. The present work will provide important guideline in the actual application of the LBB assessmeflt technology.
