非均匀变温时两端固支叠层闭口厚柱壳的热应力分析

THERMAL STRESS ANALYSIS FOR A THICK LAMINATED CYLINDER WITH TWO CLAMPED EDGES UNDER NON-UNIFORM TEMPERATURE VARIATION

  • 摘要: 从热弹性力学的基本方程出发,引入状态空间理论,建立了具有固支边的正交异性叠层闭口柱壳在温度荷载作用下的状态方程,并给出适用于任意厚跨比的解析解。此解满足所有固支边位移和变温T的边界条件,数值结果和SAP5有限元解作了对比,算例表明,本文能比较合理和准确地计算层间应力。

     

    Abstract: Based on the fundamental equations of thermal elasticity, the state equation for a orthotropic laminated cylinder with clamped edges under thermal loads is established by introducing state space theory. An analytical solution is presented which is suitable for any thickness to span ratios. The solution satisfies all the boundary conditions both for displacements and temperature variation T at the clamped edges. Numerical results are calculated and compared with those of SAP5, indicating that the present method can be used to calculate the interfacial stresses accurately.
