SOLID-LIQUID COUPLING MODAL ANALYSIS OF CYLINDRICAL TANK

  • 摘要: 本文用半解析有限元分析了弹性圆柱贮液器液─固耦合系统的模态特性,进行了贮液器的模态实验。将实验测出的贮液器在不同液高时的耦合振动模态与理论分析结果进行了比较,验证了计算结果的可信性。计算与实验均表明,贮液器内液深对壳体结构的动力特性有很大的影响,贮液器内液体质量越多,壳体结构的耦合振动频率越低。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the coupling dynamic property of a cylindrical tank is analyzed by use of finite element method. A modal experiment about dynamic properties of the cylindrical tank is conducted It is shown that the theoretical hypothesis and the physical approximate process taken in the liquid-solid coupling analysis are reasonable and reliable, The results indicate that the liquid has a great effect on the dyntamic property of the tank structure .
