涪江跨越斜拉管桥清管时动态力学特性

DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF CABLE-STAYED PIPE BRIDGE ON FUJIANG WHILE PIGGING

  • 摘要: 本文利用有限元理论,分析了中青输气管线涪江跨越管桥,在清管时积液柱通过管 桥时的动态力学特性。计算了当清管球及积液柱通过管桥时,管桥振动的位移、速度、加速 度、应力与应变等数值。通过分析与计算得出,一定的清管速度下,最大允许积液长度和最 大允许管桥垂直位移。

     

    Abstract: Using the finite element theory, this paper is concerned with, the dynamic characteristics of a cable-stayed pipe bridge of Zhongqing gas pipeline spanning Fujiang caused by the liquid column accumulation while pigging. The displacements, velocities,accelerations, stresses and strains of the bridge are calculated Through the analysis, the maximum length of permission of the liquid column and the maximum Vertical displacement of permission for the bridge are obtained at some pigging velocity.
