SLIDING MODE CONTROL OF BUILDING STRUCTURES USING REACHING LAW METHOD

  • 摘要: 本文应用变结构滑移模态控制理论中控制律设计的趋近律方法,对地震作用下建筑结构的振动控制问题进行了系统研究,推导了基于指数趋近律和幂次趋近律的变结构控制律表示式,讨论了最大控制力受到限制时控制力的确定方法。算例对比分析结果表明,本文控制方法能有效地减小结构的地震响应,具有较好的工程应用前景。

     

    Abstract: This paper is concerned with active vibration control of building structures under seismic excitation. The reaching law method in the variable structure system (VSS) and sliding mode control (SMC) system is employed in the present analysis. Two sliding mode controllers are developed based on the constant plus proportional rate reaching law and the power rate reaching law. The controllers are extended by introducing saturated control method to avoid the adverse effect when the actuators are saturated due to unexpected extreme earthquakes. The simulation results are obtained for a three-storey shear building equipped with active brace system (ABS) under seismic excitations. It is shown that the present control methods are effective and promising in engineering practice.
