考虑温度对于弹模影响效应的大体积混凝土施工期应力计算

STRESS CALCULATION OF MASS CONCRETE UNDER CONSTRUCTION CONSIDERING THE TEMPERATURE EFFECT ON THE MODULUS

  • 摘要: 阐述了水泥水化反应遵循物理化学反应中Arrhenius方程的规律,用“等效龄期”的概念考查了温度对于混凝土弹性模量的影响,进行了某碾压混凝土拱坝施工期温度场的计算,并利用该温度场及“等效龄期”进行了应力场的计算,该应力计算中包含了温度及自重徐变应力。对比了20℃定温下弹模变化的应力场。考虑温度对于混凝土弹模影响的计算结果是趋于危险情况的。

     

    Abstract: The basic Arrhenius equation in the physical-chemical reaction is introduced to control the hydration process of the cement. The concept of “quivalent age”is put forward to describe the influence of temperature on the elastic modulus of concrete. We calculate the temperature field of some RCC dam under construction, with which we step into the stress calculation considering the “quivalent age” The temperature and the gravity creep stress of the dam are both included in the total stresses. Also, the total stresses with the normal temperature of 20℃ of the elastic modulus are computed. These two kinds of stress fields are compared. It is found that the concrete is more vulnerable when the temperature effect on the elastic modulus of concrete is considered.
