编织复合材料的裂纹损伤与增长行为研究

CRACK DAMAGE AND GROWTH BEHAVIOR OF BRAIDED COMPOSITE

  • 摘要: 本文利用数字散斑相关方法对玻璃纤维/环氧树脂编织结构复合材料在三点弯曲载荷作用下裂纹损伤演化、增长的力学行为进行了实验研究,记录了裂纹尖端局域场形变的散斑图像,提取了不同加载水平下的位移场,确定了裂纹扩展过程中其尖端的应力强度因子与能量释放率变化规律;从编织复合材料的宏细观方面,分析了裂纹的损伤变形及其扩展机理。

     

    Abstract: Damage evolution and growth of Glass/Epoxy braided composites with crack subjected to three-point-bending load are studied by means of digital speckle correlation method. A series of speckle images with crack tip deformation information are recorded, and the displacement fields are obtained at different load levels. Some fracture parameters such as stress intensity factor and energy release rate of crack tip are determined. The fracture mechanisms of braided composite are analyzed by both macro and micro mechanics.
