SPRINGBACK VARIATION PRINCIPLES IN METAL FORMING PROCESSES

  • 摘要: 引入了回弹反耦联系统和回弹反耦联方程的概念。应用加权余量法于该回弹反耦联方程,建立了金属成形过程的回弹最小势能原理和回弹最小余能原理。并且,应用回弹最小势能原理于悬臂梁和曲梁的回弹变形计算。

     

    Abstract: Conceptions of springback anti-couple systems and equations are introduced. Spring-back principles of minimum potential energy and minimum complementary energy in metal forming processes are established by applying weighted residual method to the springback anti-couple equations and the springback principle of minimum potential energy is applied to calculate springback deformations of a cantilever beam and a curved beam.
