三点弯曲试样动应力强度因子求解的振动分析方法

VIBRATION ANALYSIS METHOD USED FOR DETERMINING THE DYNAMIC STRESS INTENSITY FACTOR OF THREE-POINT BENDING SPECIMEN

  • 摘要: 采用振动分析方法,对冲击载荷作用下三点弯曲试样的动态响应进行了研究。通过对试样刚度的求解,把转动惯性和剪切变形的影响引入到动应力强度因子的计算中。动态有限元的分析结果表明,本文建立的动应力强度因子公式具有较好的计算精度。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic response of the three-point bending specimen has been investigated. The effect of rotatory inertia and shear deformation on the stress intensity factor has been taken into account by means of evaluating the specimen stiffness. The results of dynamic finite element analysis indicate that the precision of the dynamic stress intensity factor is satisfactory.
