THE INVESTIGATION OF SOME INFLUENCING FACTORS TO PARTICLE REMOVAL EFFICIENCY BENEATH AN IMPINGING JET

  • 摘要: 气枪喷嘴广泛应用于工件表面的除尘除水, 但什么是最佳的除尘效率工况是人们关注的问题.本文利用图像的光强变化与粒子密度关系的图像处理方法,对方法对气枪喷嘴除尘效率与一次侧压力、喷嘴到平板的距离和射流攻角等因素的关系进行了实验研究,得到了一定范围的最佳除尘效率工况,同时宏观的实验结果同一些论文的理论分析观点相吻合.

     

    Abstract: Air nozzle is widely used in mechanical manufacture engineering such as particle and water removal from a surface of a workpiece. It is interesting to know the condition that the best particle removal efficiency can be achieved. A particle image processing method using the relationship between the particle density and the reflected light intensity is proposed in this paper. The influencing factors on particle removal efficiency such as the air pressure, the impinging distance and the impinging angle are studied using the method. The best particle removal efficiency of nozzle under some operation conditions is obtained, which is coincident with the theoretical prediction.
