军盔舒适性研究

INVESTIGATION OF HELMET COMFORT

  • 摘要: 从人机工程学的角度,分析了影响军盔舒适性的力学因素.研制专门的高精度测试装置,用以测量影响舒适性的力学参数,根据建立的人-盔模型,计算盔顶冲击力作用下盔和人的响应,研究悬挂系统的缓冲特性.用测量和计算的结果从客观角度进行了军盔的舒适性评价.建立模糊数学模型,提出了舒适性的主观评价方法并作了相应的实验.通过不同盔型舒适性的比较,为军盔的改进提供了主客观依据.

     

    Abstract: A helmet comfort study is carried out from the viewport of ergonomics. Some mechanical factors which affect helmet comfort are analyzed and objective methods are brought forward. Special novel devices are developed for the measure of correlative parameters. By the helmet-body model, shock absorbing characteristics of suspension system and body response are studied. In addition, based on fuzzy mathematical theory, a subjective method is put forward to evaluate helmet comfort and a test is conducted to verify the method.
