FRICTION GLIDING CABLE ELEMENT IN ANALYSIS OF GLIDING CABLE STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: 为精确分析滑动索系结构的内力和变形,创建了一种考虑摩擦力影响的新单元。首先利用作者推导的拉索静力解析解,推导了索段端点的单侧滑移刚度,并给出了其显式表达式,从而可确定连续长索在支撑点处的摩擦滑移刚度。被称为“摩擦滑移索单元”的新单元有三个节点,中间节点为支撑点。它由两个弹性悬链线单元组合而成,并根据支撑点处的两侧索力、滑动方向和摩擦滑移刚度调整两索段的索原长,使支撑点两侧的索力满足摩擦关系。算例验证了新单元算法的正确性和高效性。新单元可直接用于常规的有限元分析中,研究处于工作状态或施工中的滑动索系结构。

     

    Abstract: To analysis the internal forces and deformations of gliding cable structures,one element taking friction into consideration was developed.Based on the analytical static solutions of cable derived by the author,the single side gliding stiffness at the end of cable segment was derived,and used to determine the cable friction gliding stiffness at the support.This new three-node element is named friction gliding cable element.It takes the support as the middle node.The new element is composed of two elastic catenary elements.The friction relation is satisfied at the support through adjusting cable unstrained length according to the tensions on both sides of the support,the gliding direction,and the friction gliding stiffness at the support.Examples indicate that the arithmetic of this new element is correct and effective.This new element can be incorporated into conventional finite element analysis schemes,to analyze the gliding cable structures in service or under construction.
