FATIGUE RELIABILITY ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF STEEL CRANE BEAMS

  • 摘要: 通过钢结构吊车梁实测资料与以往疲劳试验资料进行统计分析,提出了荷载与抗力的统计参数,用一次二阶矩方法对钢结构规范中规定的8类连接和构造形式的疲劳可靠性进行了校准分析,根据计算结果给出疲劳目标可靠指标的建议值与分项系数的设计表达式.最后通过算例验证该评估方法的应用,可作为在役钢结构吊车梁疲劳可靠性检测评估的一种方法.

     

    Abstract: The statistic parameters of load effect and resistance to fatigue reliability of steel crane beams are studied in the paper. Based on statistic analysis of the measured data and other ovailable test data, the fatigue reliability of 8 configurations provided in the code, is calibrated by the first order second moment(FOSM). The target reliability beta and partial factor equation are proposed. An example is provided to verify the present method, which can be used in the evaluation of fatigue reliability and design of steel crane beams.
