编织复合材料的一种数值模型

A NUMERICAL MODEL OF WOVEN FABRIC COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 提出编织复合材料的一种均匀化的数值模型,为工程应用提供了简便而有较高精度的数值计算方法.首先,对于编织复合材料的代表性单胞建立了精细有限元的胞元模型;其次,将单胞有限元分析结果引入基于三类变量广义变分原理的三维体罚单元,从而将一类有细观编织结构的复合材料等效为可用于宏观尺度计算的复合材料单元.通过数值算例将此方法的计算结果与实验和其他数值计算结果进行了比较,验证了该方法的有效性与实用性.

     

    Abstract: A kind of homogenized numerical model of woven fabric composite material is presented, which provides a simpler and more accurate numerical method for engineering applications. At first, a cell model with fine FE mesh is established for the representative cell of the woven fabric composite material. And then the results of the FE analysis of the cell model are introduced into the three dimensional penalty equilibrating element based on the Hu-Washizu variational principle. In this way, a kind of woven fabric composite material with meso-structure can be formulated as the equivalent homogenized element, which can be applied in macro-structural analysis. Numerical examples are given to compare the results obtained by the present approach with experimental and other numerical results, and to show the efficiency and applicability of the present numerical method.
