DISCUSSION ON SOME PROBLEMS OF BEAM-STRING STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: 张弦梁(桁架)结构已在我国大型工程中有所应用,但对该种结构的设计和施工过程的理论研究并不完善.对张弦梁结构设计和施工过程中的若干问题进行了较为深入的理论研究,包括该结构各个单元的预应力分布、施工过程的模拟分析等.首先,将平衡矩阵理论推广应用于包含索杆梁三种单元的杂交空间结构,给出了二节点梁单元和杆单元单元平衡矩阵的一般表达式,并对一小型张弦梁结构的整体平衡矩阵进行了分析,求得其独立自应力模态数为一.其次,提出了基于将索、杆单元和梁单元分开的结构分块的分析方法--局部分析法.该方法不仅可以用来求解张弦梁结构的初始预应力分布,同时也可以用于确定体系的零状态几何形状.因而求解张弦梁结构初始预应力分布就有了两种方法.最后,算例分析验证了方法的正确性.

     

    Abstract: Beam-string (frame-string) structures have been adopted in several large-span structures in China. However, theoretical analysis of this kind of structures has not been well established. Some problems in the design and construction of beam-string structures are presented and discussed including the pre-stress distribution of each element corresponding to the initial geometry and the simulation of construction process. First, the equilibrium matrix theory is extended to the analysis of hybrid spatial structures composed of beams, bars and cables and a general form of the equilibrium matrix of two-node beam element and bar element is also derived. Using its total equilibrium matrix, a small beam-string structure is analyzed and only one independent self-stress mode is obtained. Secondly, another method, named as local analysis method, is presented where the whole structure is divided into two parts: the upper structure and the lower structure. It can also be used to obtain the initial pre-stress distribution and the zero-state geometry of the upper structure. Numerical examples are given to verify the methods.
