A 4D CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON IFC STANDARD AND ENGINEERING INFORMATION MODEL

  • 摘要: 在工程建设项目的实施过程中,需要处理大量复杂的工程数据信息。如何合理有效地组织和利用这些信息,最大程度地实现工程项目各参与方和不同专业应用系统之间的信息交流和共享,是当前我国建设领域信息化亟待解决的问题。通过对建筑业国际工业标准IFC和4D模型理论的深入研究,建立基于IFC和工程数据管理的4D信息模型,支持建设项目实施的各个阶段的数据交换与共享,实现工程信息的集成化管理,开发面向建筑施工的4D项目管理系统,实现了建筑施工进度、资源、场地布置的动态管理、优化控制和4D可视化模拟。为工程建设项目全过程的工程信息管理和利用提供理论、途径和方法,为建筑施工管理提供新的辅助工具。

     

    Abstract: During the implementation of the building project, there is great deal of information to be processed. How to effectively organize and utilize these information, exchange and share data between different departments and personnel, has become a crucial problem in improving the information technology application level in construction industry. Based on the industry foundation classes (IFC) st andard and the 4D modeling theory, this paper describes the establishmentof a 4D information model that supports the data exchange and sharing during construction phases and achieves the integrated information management. A 4D project management system is also introduced. This system enables dynamic management, optimization and 4D simulation of the construction schedule, the resource allocation and the construction site layout. The model and the system provide new theory, approach and method for engineering information management during the whole construction phases. It may serve as a new construction management tool.
