预后验决策分析用于优化混凝土桥梁检修规划

OPTIMIZATION OF INSPECTION/REPAIR PLANNING OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BRIDGES USING PRE-POSTERIOR DECISION MAKING ANALYSIS

  • 摘要: 桥梁检修规划是基于桥梁可靠度退化模型、检查修理的技术和费用模型之上的一种决策方法,其目的是确定在什么时间对桥梁进行检查、修理,采用什么样的检查和修理技术最为经济。桥梁修理保证在桥梁设计使用期间内桥梁的可靠度不低于规定的限值,修理决策依据桥梁承载力退化模型和荷载模型;桥梁检查是为了进一步获得桥梁承载力和荷载的信息,从而使得修理决策依据的信息越来越充分。将预后验决策方法应用于桥梁的检修规划,确立了一种桥梁检修的规划方法。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of structural reliability theory, inspection/repair of reinforced concrete (RC) bridges is discussed to search for the most appropriate time and the best method for inspection and repair of bridges with minimum cost. The repair decision is based on the deterioration models of bridge structures. Necessity of additional inspection and measurement is evaluated before each decision on repair action. More information from the additional inspection and measurement serves better decisions. A planning procedure to optimize inspection/repair schedule is established on the basis of pre-posterior decision making method.
