碳纤维布-钢构件抗剪粘接性能试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF SHEARING BOND PERFORMANCE BETWEEN CFRP SHEET AND STEEL MEMBER

  • 摘要: 采用碳纤维布-钢构件搭接接头的单剪试验方法,深入研究了碳纤维布-钢构件的抗剪粘接性能.探讨了碳纤维布的粘接长度、层数、宽度比以及粘贴工艺等不同粘接参数对复合构件粘接性能的影响,初步描述了碳纤维布与钢构件的粘接机理.同时,采用解析方法对碳纤维布-钢构件的粘接界面受力性能进行了分析,取得了与试验较为吻合的结果,为碳纤维布加固修复钢构件提供了理论依据.

     

    Abstract: A single shear test about CFRP-steel member was performed to investigate the shearing bond performance between CFRP sheet and steel member. Based on experimental data, adhesive length, the number of layers and sticking technology, and the effects of the parameters are discussed, and the bond mechanism is described. The adhesive interface performance is examined analytically and compared with test data. Good agreement is reached.
