单层带孔玻璃板孔边破坏应力的力学分析

FAILURE STRESS ANALYSIS AROUND THE HOLE IN POINT-SUPPORTED GLASS PANELS

  • 摘要: 因为轴对称性,圆盘模型可以减少玻璃材料离散性的影响,所以比较适合进行测量孔边破坏应力的试验.通过对带孔圆盘模型的力学分析和理论推导得到了板内最大主应力分布的表达式,并用该表达式分别拟合有限元计算结果和试验结果,通过比较分析,最终提出了点式玻璃板孔边破坏应力建议限值,为进一步完善幕墙结构的设计提供依据.

     

    Abstract: Stress distribution around holes in point supported glass panels is important but not clear yet.This paper uses circular disk models in experiments to measure failure stresses around the hole,because its axial symmetry can decrease the material discrete influence.A formula describing the stresses distribution in the panel is derived and verified by finite element analysis and experimental results,respectively.A limit failure stress is recommended,comparing various results.The present analysis and results are helpful to the improvement of the point-supported glass curtain wall design method.
