隔震换能系统的换能效率及振动控制效果的研究

ON ENERGY TRANSITION EFFICIENCYAND CONTROL EFFECT OF BASE-ISOLATED STRUCTURE WITH TRANSDUCER

  • 摘要: 提出的隔震换能控制系统是由隔震层和换能装置构成的,该系统可以实现将地震时地面输给上部结构的部分能量转换为液压能,储存于蓄能器中,该能量可进一步用作主动控制能源。建立了该系统的理论分析模型,并对其换能效率和结构振动控制效果进行了深入研究,应用Matlab 的Simulink 对一个框架隔震换能结构体系实例进行了仿真计算。结果表明,该系统换能效率高,并且隔震层的阻尼越小,换能效率越高;地震输入强度对换能效率影响较大,当输入地震动加速度峰值较大时,换能效率可达70-80%;与普通隔震相比,采用隔震换能系统时,隔震效果接近,但隔震层位移可降低一半。

     

    Abstract: A new control system composed of base-isolated structure equipped with transducer is proposed. The control system can transform part of earthquake energy into hydraulic energy, which can be stored in an accumulator and used as active control power supply. A theoretical model of the control system is established and the energy transition efficiency and structural control effect of the system are discussed. Numerical simulation for a base-isolated frame structure is carried out by Simulink. The results show that the new control system has high energy transition efficiency, and the lower the damping of the isolation floor, the higher the energy transition efficiency. The input earthquake acceleration intensity has obvious effect on the energy transition efficiency. With high acceleration peak value of the earthquake excitation, the energy transition efficiency reaches 70 percent or more. Compared with the general base-isolated system, the new system has nearly the same control effect while the displacement of the isolation floor is reduced by nearly a half.
