The Influence of Higher Modes on the Dynamic Bahavior of Geometrically similar Structures

  • 摘要: 本文推导了相似结构间动力特性(自振周期、参与系数、最大地震基底剪力和最大地震应力)的换算关系。说明了几何相似比λ是讨论高阶振型影响时的一个最重要参数。两个绝对尺寸差别越大的相似结构,高阶振型影响的差别也越大。因此,对某一结构的高振型影响的结论,对另一相似结构一般并不成立。

     

    Abstract: In this paper the conversion ralation of the dynamic behavior (the natural vibration periods. the particapation factors, the maximum seismic base shear and the maximum seismic stresses) of geom etrically similar structures is deduced.It is concluded that the similar ratio 位 is the most important parameter in discussion of the influence of higher modes.For geometrically similar structures, the difference of its absolute sizes is greater, the difference of influence of higher modes is also greater. Therefore, the conclusion about the influence of higher modes for a certain structure is not always held for another similar structures in general.
