多重夹紧力及其作用顺序对工件变形的影响分析与优化技术

ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION OF WORKPIECE DEFORMATIONS BY MULTIPLE CLAMPING FORCES AND THE APPLICATION SEQUENCES

  • 摘要: 在考虑工件与夹具元件之间摩擦力的情况下,建立了多重夹紧力的大小、作用点以及夹紧顺序与接触力之间关系的力学模型,采用最小总余能原理的有限元求解方法,定量地分析了多重夹紧力与接触力对工件变形的影响;在此基础上发展了优选夹紧力大小、作用点以及夹紧顺序的数学模型。以典型装夹方案为例,分析了多重夹紧力及夹紧顺序对工件变形的影响过程,结果表明:该方法能够分析多重夹紧力大小、作用点及夹紧顺序的合理性。

     

    Abstract: Considering frictions between a workpiece and the fixture elements, a mechanical model is formulated aiming at analyzing the effect of multiple clamping forces and their application sequences on contact forces. According to the principle of the minimum complementary energy, a finite element method is presented to reveal the influence of multiple clamping forces and contact forces on workpiece deformations. Furthermore, a mathematical model is proposed to optimally select the magnitude, action point and applying sequence of multiple clamping forces. Finally, a representative example is illustrated. A detailed discussion is made about how the analysis and optimal design of clamping sequences are carried out. Numerical simulation results show that the proposed method, in addition to the verification of the magnitude and action point of multiple clamping forces, can be used to study the feasibility of clamping sequences.
