大型冷却塔风荷载的数值模拟研究

NUMERICAL SIMULATION STUDY OF WIND LOAD ON LARGE HYPERBOLIC COOLING TOWER

  • 摘要: 针对单体和双塔情况下冷却塔的风荷载进行CFD数值模拟计算,获得冷却塔表面的压力系数。单个冷却塔CFD模拟的结果与规范数据比较接近,说明CFD方法的准确性,同时也发现一些偏差,并对偏差产生的原因进行分析。研究了因雷诺数不同而导致的单塔缩尺效应,发现实尺和缩尺模型的计算结果在最大正压和平台区有差别。分析双塔之间的干扰作用,针对不同风向角可分为尾流直接作用、尾流和临近干扰共同作用、临近干扰作用三个区域。

     

    Abstract: Numerical simulation method is proposed to obtain the wind load on large hyperbolic cooling tower. The CFD simulation result of wind load on single tower was obtained and compared with the data of the Codes. The two sets of data agreed well, showing the rationality of CFD method to obtain the wind load on cooling tower. Small deviation was found and the reasons were analyzed. The scale effect and the influence of Reynolds number on the model were also investigated. The study of the interference effect on two adjacent cooling towers was also carried out and three different regions according to different wind azimuths were classified.
